Product description:
Galvanized welded mesh is formed by spot welding or row welding with high-quality low-carbon steel wire through automatic, precise and accurate mechanical equipment, and then surface treatment with zinc dipping process is adopted, so as to make the mesh flat, mesh uniform, welding points firm, local mechanical processing performance good, stable, anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion.
Types of process:
Galvanized welded wire mesh is divided into two types: electro galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing:
Electro galvanizing is often referred to as cold galvanizing technology. Cold galvanizing is to hang the welding mesh which has been derusted and shows no dirt and soakage onto the cathode in the special electroplating tank. The anode is zinc. The method of connecting DC power supply, transferring zinc ions on the anode to the cathode, discharging on the cathode, and plating a zinc layer on the welding mesh. The coating is relatively thin, generally within 5-30 microns, so the anti-corrosion time will be relatively short;
Hot dip galvanizing is to melt the zinc into liquid state and immerse the base metal in it, so that the zinc and the base metal can form mutual penetration, and the combination is very tight, and other impurities or defects are not easy to remain in the middle. It is similar to that the two materials are melted together at the coating position, and the coating thickness is large, which can reach 100 microns, so the corrosion resistance is high. The salt spray test is no problem after 96 hours, which is equivalent to 10 years under the normal environment.
